A natural winemaking experience is an interactive event where you can learn about the process of making delicious wine, from harvesting to bottling and beyond.

History of Wine

➼  Winemaking is an ancient art practised for thousands of years worldwide. 


➼  The origins of winemaking are not fully clear, but there are some archaeological and historical clues that can help us learn more about it.


➼  We'll go back in time to touch on key moments and provide you with a history of wine booklet to follow. 

Wine Tasting

➼  Use your senses of sight, smell, taste, and touch to evaluate the wine's appearance, aroma, flavour, and texture.


➼  Tasting our selection of wines will help you discover the right ingredients and identify your preferences.

Make your own Wine

➼  Make a bottle of wine you can call your own using our organic Moonfull Winemaking Kit. 


➼   We'll demonstrate the winemaking process and give you an easy step-by-step guide to follow along and make your own. 


➼  Choose from a wide range of foraged herbs and fruit to blend, or bring your own homegrown or foraged ingredients with you.

Yes, you can bring your own ingredients to a winemaking experience.


We'll provide you with a wide range of foraged herbs and fruit to blend, or you can bring your own homegrown or foraged ingredients with you. 


It's a great opportunity to experiment with different flavours and create your own unique  natural wine. 


No, you don't need any prior experience to attend any experiences at Moonfull. We'll provide you with everything you need to make your own bottle of wine using their specially developed Moonfull winemaking kit.


We'll also give you a step-by-step guide and demonstrate the winemaking process for you. You can choose from a wide range of foraged herbs and fruit to blend, or bring your own homegrown or foraged ingredients with you. We cater to all group sizes, individuals and furry friends are also welcome.


We don't have wine for sale but please feel free to take away any excess stock!


The time it takes to make wine with a kit depends on the ingredients you choose, but generally speaking, it can range from 4 to 8 weeks. Here is a breakdown of the main steps involved in making wine with a kit and how long they take:


Making wine with a kit is not very difficult or time-consuming, but it does require some patience and attention. If you follow the instructions that come with your kit carefully, you should end up with a delicious and satisfying wine that you can be proud of.


Yes, you can book a private Moonfull experience for yourself or your group.


You can choose the location, date, and time that suits you best, and enjoy a personalised and exclusive experience with Moonfull's guides. 


You can also request a customised event that meets your specific needs and interests.


We'll provide 4 large samples of wine for you to try during the experience made using our specially formulated winemaking mix of organic yeast, nutrients and tannins, all of our wines are natural and vegan. 


Yes, please give us at least 2 weeks' notice before the event  and we'll provide non-alcoholic beverages.
