A foraging and wild winemaking event is a 3-hour experience for all the senses where you can learn how to identify edible plants, fruits and mushrooms.
The event includes:
• A plant-based buffet lunch with a wide range of foraged wines and cordials
• A pen and a foraging guide to take notes
• A 45-minute walk through a scenic woodland and brook to identify wild ingredients
• A winemaking session using a kit and your chosen ingredients
• A tote bag with your wine bottle and other goodies to take away
We provide you with a wide range of sustainably harvested ingredients to make your own bottle of wine using our specially developed Moonfull organic winemaking kit. It's a fun and creative way to connect with the natural world and enjoy a selection of natural wines by the fire.
We cater to all group sizes, individuals and furry friends are also welcome.
