Moonfull is a company owned and founded by Sherel Rutherford and Duncan Foster in 2021.
We believe in the power of nature and its connection to human well-being. We're passionate about creating events and products that help people explore, learn, and enjoy the natural world.
Our ethos is to always inspire seasonal and sustainable living. We value education and building stronger links between green communities. We are not afraid to try new things, share our knowledge, and celebrate our achievements.
Our mission is to provide high-quality and affordable experiences for various needs and interests related to nature. We specialise in hosting foraging, winemaking, retreats, and workshops across the UK.
We also offer winemaking kits, mix sachets and books in our online shop.
Nature-based events are events that are inspired by, connected to, or beneficial to nature. They can be educational, recreational, artistic, or social activities that celebrate the beauty, diversity, and importance of the natural world.
Some examples of Moonfull nature-based events are:
• Nature Trail & Wild Tales: A family-friendly walk in a Nature Reserve, where you can learn about the wildlife, plants, and history of the area. You will also enjoy some storytelling and poetry inspired by nature.
• Foraging & Wild Winemaking: A hands-on experience where you can learn how to identify, harvest, and process wild edibles into delicious wines. You will also get to taste some of Moonfull's own creations and take home a bottle you've made from scratch.
• Natural Winemaking Experience: A Moonfull natural winemaking is an event where you can learn about the process of making wine from natural and organic ingredients, such as fruits, herbs, and flowers. You can also taste some of the wines that Moonfull has created and make your own bottle to take home.
• Foraging Experience: A moonfull foraging experience is a free, family-friendly event where you can learn about edible plants, fruits, mushrooms, and other wild foods from nature. You can also learn about their medicinal benefits.
• Digital Detox Retreat: A weekend retreat, where you can disconnect from your phone and relax in a Wi-Fi free cabin. You will also enjoy Moonfull workshops, as well as delicious plant-based meals.

Most experiences have a limit of up to 21 spaces, however, this depends on the event. Our Moonfull Woodland Masquerade has approximately 300 attendees.

Foraging Experience:
Supervised children under 18 years of age and dogs on leads are welcome.
Winemaking and Wine Tasting:
You must be 18 or older to drink.
Moonfull Woodland Masquerade:
Children must be supervised at all times, under 18's are welcome until 8:30pm.

To successfully make any changes email, info@moonfull.co.uk
This email must include:
- The date and time of the event
- Name of each person attending
- Reservation ID and the date of purchase
We need 5 working days' notice to make any changes to private bookings.
On arrival, we will ask for you to confirm your details and sign the health and safety register to gain entrance or before we begin an event.
Our Covid-19 risk assessments are in compliance with the latest guidelines from www.gov.uk

What's your refunds policy?
Refunds for tickets and products are issued on a case-by-case basis. Contact us by email to request a refund.
Items: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. N,ext contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Tickets
View the refund policy on your ticket, these vary depending on the ticketing website, we only use Eventbrite and Airbnb to list events.
