Transform your teams long-term wellbeing through nature, creativity and connection.
In a world of constant notifications, daily meetings and increasing workplace stress, many organisations are searching for something deeper than traditional away day.
We create immersive nature-based experiences that combine storytelling, creativity, original live music and meaningful conversation to help teams slow down, think differently and build stronger relationships.

We come to you. Anywhere in the UK, short notice available.
Rather than asking teams to travel to a dedicated venue, our speciality is our ability to build experiences around green spaces close to your workplace, office or project site.
You might be surprised how many remarkable places are already on your doorstep, public parks, nature reserves, riversides, woodlands, canal paths and hidden green spaces can all become the setting for a meaningful team experience.
There is a lasting benefit to staying local. Team members discover a calm, accessible place they can return to long after the event has finished, somewhere to walk, reset, reflect and reconnect with nature during the working week.

No competition, difficult courses or awkward icebreakers.
Moonfull experiences are designed so everyone can take part at their own pace. Research shows that teams perform best when people feel psychologically safe, included and able to be themselves.
The result is deeper conversations, stronger connections and a team that leaves feeling refreshed and curious rather than exhausted.

Studies have found that spending time in green spaces can:
Even short periods spent outdoors has measurable benefits. When teams leave the digital world and enter a natural environment, conversations change and ideas flow more freely.
New perspectives emerge and people connect more authentically.

Every Moonfull experience is designed to create meaningful, lasting benefits that extend beyond the day itself.

In April 2026, we delivered a Nature Trails & Wild Tales experience for 39 team members from Laing O'Rourke with short notice.
We chose Shibden Estate, in Yorkshire as it was close to their project site, the day combined guided exploration, storytelling, creative activities, live music plus lunch. Every participant received a bespoke illustrated Moonfull Field Guide, hand lens and creative materials to continue their connection with nature long after the event.
The programme was designed to encourage wellbeing, observation, conversation and genuine connection away from the pressures of a working day.
Investment: £180 per person
